4 Ingredient Bagels

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 CUPS FLOUR (I use gluten free)

  • 1 1/2 CUPS GREEK YOGURT (can sub plant based)

  • 1 TSP BAKING SODA

  • 1 TSP SALT

  • 1 EGG (for egg wash)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a large mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients and mix until dough combined. Cover for 10-20 minutes. Shape and add egg wash. Add your choiceee of seasonings, and bake at 375 for 25 minutes. Serve with cream cheese. Enjoy!
